Our Promise

The Cards Wild is a family operation, and we treat every customer the way we’d want to be treated. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.

Damaged or Defective Decks

If your deck arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (misprinted cards, missing cards, a crushed box), contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. No need to ship the damaged deck back. Just send us a photo so we can improve our process.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return an unopened, unused deck within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive the deck in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Want to swap a Single Deck for a Double Pack, or vice versa? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work it out. We’ll cover the shipping on exchanges.

Gifts

If you received The Cards Wild as a gift and need an exchange, we’re happy to help. Just reach out with the approximate date of purchase and we’ll take care of you.
