These terms govern your use of this website and any purchases you make through the site. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s fine. You’re welcome to browse, but please don’t place an order.
Cards Wild™ is a physical card game sold through this website. Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability, but minor variations in color or print quality may occur between print runs. That’s the nature of a real, printed product.
When you place an order, you’re agreeing to purchase the items at the listed price. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if an item is mispriced due to a technical error. In those cases, you’ll receive a full refund.
The browser-based version of Cards Wild is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. It’s meant to let you try the game and learn the rules. You may not copy, redistribute, or embed the online game without written permission.
Cards Wild offers an optional text-message feature so players can invite one another to games. By sending a text invitation, or by providing your mobile number to accept one, you consent to receive a one-time text invitation about that game from Cards Wild at the number provided. This is a transactional, player-initiated program: we send a message only when a player chooses to invite someone.
Message frequency varies with game activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle your number, see our Privacy Policy.
All card artwork, game designs, rules, and content on this site are the intellectual property of the Wolcott family and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Cards Wild” is a trademark of the Wolcott family.

You’re welcome to share photos of yourself playing the game, post reviews, and talk about Cards Wild online. We appreciate it.
If you submit information through the Hunt List signup or contact forms, you grant us permission to use that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Don’t submit anything you wouldn’t want us to read.
Cards Wild is a card game. We do our best to make a great product and run an honest website, but we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
